Job Description

This job offers you the perfect opportunity to gain insight and first-hand experience into what it is like to build a company from scratch and work as an entrepreneur. The 6-month internship entails various tasks on the business side, ensuring that you are never bored and have a new challenge every day. It's a unique opportunity for candidates who want to work directly with the founders/C-level of a startup. Some of the key responsibilities are: * Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape across our key markets. * Identify and qualify new potential sales opportunities and leads through diverse channels to build sustainable customer relationships. * Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team. * Support product management by capturing and analyzing customer feedback in our CRM to align product offering with customer needs. * Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and operations teams to support business initiatives and accelerate company growth.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and/or English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales, technology, and innovation
  • Advanced MS Office or, preferably, G-Suite skills
