The Crowd are busy and growing and are looking for two recruitment specialists to join our team to focus on placing architects and interior designers within the architecture and interiors space. No previous recruitment experience is required – if you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and have architecture/interior design experience, we’ll teach you the rest! This is a people-focused and rewarding role, centred on building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll work with leading design studios, recruit across a wide range of roles and levels, and support people every step of the way through the recruitment process. The role would suit someone who has worked as a designer previously or has a strong technical knowledge of interiors/architecture.
