As an intern, you will be fully integrated to our international Financial Control team, consisting of 8 professionals. You will closely collaborate with the Financial Controllers responsible for the Dutch residential portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve supporting them in diverse tasks and ongoing activities, such as: * Overseeing annual municipal tax assessments * Conducting ownership verification checks * Preparing fiscal depreciation statements * Handling ad hoc projects as needed This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to get valuable insights into the dynamic and attractive world of real estate!
