If you enjoy working with young children and you are passionate about helping them to grow and learn, then you could have what it takes to work in Early Learning and Childcare. Argyll and Bute Council are looking to recruit four ELC Apprentices within Argyll and Bute. This position will provide an opportunity to learn on the job whilst gaining key transferable skills and a qualification which is essential to work within the sector. Argyll and Bute Council delivers ELC provision for children aged 2-5 years. As part of this modern apprenticeship you will be based in a Local Authority ELC setting and you will work towards SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7.
