Job Description

Als stagiair ondersteun je de onderstationschef in het station en leer je hoe je reizigers professioneel onthaalt, informeert en begeleidt. Je bouwt zowel aan je communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden als aan je klantgerichtheid, teamwerk en zelfstandigheid. Je krijgt inzicht in groepsverplaatsingen, assistentie aan personen met beperkte mobiliteit en logistieke processen. Alles onder begeleiding en zonder veiligheidstaken.
