Join us as an R2R Accounting Trainee, where you will dive into the world of accounting with a focus on process ownership and collaboration. You will work closely with domain experts to clarify accounting issues, analyze errors, and support process improvements. Your day will involve managing daily General Ledger, Closing & Reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate recording in line with IFRS standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional accounting hubs and local business teams, while actively listening to their needs and taking ownership of decisions alongside the Senior Analyst. Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. How You’ll Make an Impact * Support month-end closing activities, leveraging your problem-solving skills and commitment to collaboration. * Ensure compliance with audit controls and perform accounts reconciliation to maintain accuracy. * Assist in implementing and documenting new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency. * Maintain general housekeeping of General Ledger accounts and conduct intercompany reconciliations. * Post accruals, provisions, and other relevant GL items to ensure accurate financial reporting.
