Assistant to the Real Estate fund manager in the daily tasks, which involves among others: - Supervision of internal and external stakeholders; - Support in financing and structuring analysis; - Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee,…) and corporate governance; - Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks; * Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Controller in the daily tasks, in supporting and participating in periodic financial controls, external audit coordination and budget planning; * Assistant to the Internal Valuator on both RE and PE/PD products; * Assistant to the Real Assets fund structuring unit; * Participation in the evolution of management, control tools and market researches.
