This two-year Shipping Trainee programme will place you in a global and widely connected environment in the maritime space. The objective is that you continue your career with NORDEN after the programme. You will be working in our Copenhagen office, but you will not be doing the programme alone—this programme welcomes several Trainees across different offices. The programme starts in September 2026. What is in it for you Throughout the structured programme, you will learn from our experienced shipping professionals and be assigned a manager and a mentor, ensuring that you are supported every step of the way. * Your Manager is responsible for your overall well-being and development. * Your Mentor will be guiding you in your day-to-day work and regularly check in to provide feedback and support your well-being, progress and aspirations. You will contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment with an international footprint. Our focus is on enabling individuals through trust, empowerment and a well-defined sense of belonging. Quickly, you will be trusted to fix or operate your own vessels, contribute to the business and become an equally important member of the team.
