As a Legal Compliance intern on the Legal Compliance Team, you will dive deep into the core pillars of corporate integrity: * Conflict of Interest (COI) Management: Assist in reviewing disclosures and learning how to identify, mitigate, and document potential conflicts within a corporate structure. * Gifts, Donations & Hospitality: Support the review process for corporate giving and hospitality requests to ensure alignment with anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) laws. * Third-Party Due Diligence: Participate in the "Know Your Partner" process, helping to vet third-party vendors and partners to ensure they meet our ethical standards. * Data Strategy & Inflow Organization: Help manage the "legal front door" by organizing incoming requests and ensuring data integrity across our compliance databases. The Digital Innovation Project A cornerstone of this role is your involvement in the implementation of our company-wide Legal Platform. This isn't just administrative support—you will be an essential part of the project team. Your responsibilities will include: * Alpha & Beta Testing: Serving as a primary tester to identify bugs, suggest UX improvements, and ensure the tool meets legal requirements. * The "Face" of the Tool: Acting as the first point of contact for employees across the company, answering questions, and providing guidance on how to navigate the new platform. * Digitalization Choices: You will choose from several initiatives to support our digitalization agenda, such as designing data dashboards, automating workflows, or optimizing how we collect and present compliance data.
