Job Description

Join our influential Global Specialty Insurance (GSI) division— a cornerstone of Munich Re’s global strategy—as a Product Analyst for the GSI GLOW Platform. GSI stands at the forefront of Munich Re’s insurance offerings, driving innovation and delivering tailored solutions across diverse and complex markets worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will support the management and enhancement of GLOW, a mission-critical process orchestration platform that underpins the efficient lifecycle management of delegated authorities across up to nine legal entities within GSI. This platform is essential to maintaining Munich Re’s leadership in specialty insurance by enabling streamlined workflows and robust compliance controls. As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Platform Owner, Product Manager, and key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, drive strategic platform enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with Munich Re’s enterprise systems. Your work will directly influence the operational excellence and agility of GSI’s business units, empowering them to meet the complex and rapidly evolving demands of global specialty markets. This role presents a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in process orchestration, project management, and insurance operations while contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of a vital Munich Re platform.
