





We are looking for a driven, strategic, and passionate Product Marketing Trainee (m/f/d) to join our team and support the Product Managers in executing the local marketing strategy for Cartier Northern Europe, focusing on our Watches, Accessories & Fragrance categories. Reporting to the Accessories Product Manager, this traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic luxury environment. At the beginning of the traineeship, an immersion experience of up to four weeks in a Cartier boutique within our market is planned, before you start with the Product Marketing team. Our Head Office is based in Munich, Germany. Frequent travel within our network is required. As a Product Marketing Trainee, you will contribute to our team through the following key responsibilities: Analytical Insights & Strategic Contribution: * Gather, consolidate, and analyze monthly & yearly sales reports leveraging dashboards to conduct and share product performance & client insights. * Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to suggesting action plans based on market trends and data. * Apply 360-degree thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to contribute to category performance Project Development & Execution: * Plan and realize own product marketing projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management and execution. * Ensure the smooth implementation and coordination of 360-degree action plans in collaboration with cross-functional departments such as Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Media, PR, Brand Relations and Commercial Teams * Ideate and execute Fragrance Trade Marketing plans, liaising with wholesale key accounts (department stores, perfumeries, travel retail) and external vendors (COOP negotiation and coordination, A&P follow-up, invoice management). Community Animation & Training * Develop sales support tools and training material for collections, novelties, and dedicated strategic pushes. * Assist Product Managers in community animation, product presentations, and business reviews. * Support the delivery of training sessions, including morning briefs, digital trainings, Essentials, and Newcomers programs.
