More about the role: Provide first-level support for employees and line managers in HR-related inquiries Answer internal inquiries efficiently and accurately Respond to inquiries and perform transactions using documented processes and policies through the Inquiry System Escalate issues to second-level support or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue Input basic employee data into the HR system database and document activities as requested and generate basic reports Review documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes to verify their accuracy Collaborate and assist in various HR processes and process optimizations
