


Join us as R&D Food Safety intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht starting in September 2026. In this internship, you will support the global standardization and digitalization of our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) program across the JDE facility network. This project aims to harmonize HACCP process and leverage digital tools to enhance compliance and efficiency. You will work closely with central and factory quality teams to assess current HACCP practices, identify gaps, and contribute to the development of a globally aligned and digitally enabled HACCP framework. Your key activities will be: 1. Conduct a literature review on HACCP best practices, with a focus on biological, physical, and chemical hazard controls. 2. Support the development of standardized HACCP templates, decision trees, and risk assessment tools. 3. Contribute to the digitalization strategy by evaluating digital platforms and tools for HACCP documentation, monitoring, and reporting. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company requirements and certification standards. 5. Support the creation of training materials and SOPs to facilitate global rollout and adoption of the standardized digital HACCP program.
