As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be supporting the Iberia, France & Benelux regions to exceed business expectations for recruitment efforts. What you’ll do * Own full-cycle end-to-end recruitment for our internships for the assigned markets; job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and management of the offer process between candidates and the hiring manager * Support the hiring managers in developing target candidate profiles and attracting suitable internship candidates using different tools (job boards, social media platforms, etc.) * Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle * Support Talent Acquisition Consultants in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines * Support the relationship building with key universities * Participate in recruitment-related projects (for example, employer branding projects, building young talent pipelines, and intern onboarding days)
