Assisting with daily booking operations for sport facilities, training sessions and events * Supporting guests with reservations, changes and inquiries in person, by phone and via email * Providing information about our sports programs, facilities and equipment rentals * Collaborating with coaches, instructors and other departments to coordinate schedules * Helping monitor availability and updating bookings systems * Assisting in the preparation of reports, guest statistics and usage overviews * Supporting the organisation of tournaments, training camps and other sport events
