Job Description

Are you looking for a role within a growing and award winning company? Are you a natural negotiator, great with customers and have the ability to deal with challenging queries? We are looking for a superstar property management intern for our property management company in Victoria, London. There will be a high level of customer communication so we are looking for someone personable with a clear, calm and professional phone manner. Starting in December or November for a min of 3 months. You will be assisting the lettings team with the management of our properties in London. On a daily basis you will be: * Attend and arrange property visits and annual inspections * Assisting new tenants * Arrange work on properties such as cleaning and maintenance and repair * Liaise with contractors regarding any maintenance work * Update and maintain our property management system * Advertise and promote property vacancies * Any other ad hoc administration duties as required. Travel and lunch expenses covered up to £10 per day.

Requirements

  • An excellent customer service attitude, with the ability to deal with difficult queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Being able to cope with repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail
