







Key Responsibilities: * Administrative tasks in German/English/Hungarian * Basic reporting tasks for the management team * Scheduling and managing management meetings & events * Managing the reservation of meeting rooms, catering and technical support in case of on-site events * Monitoring deadlines for running management tasks, following up on open tasks * Creating & tracking of Action Item Lists * Taking meeting minutes * Supporting the Head of Unit in new projects * Creating professional slide decks and documents in both English and German * Maintaining company introductory presentations and intranet pages, creating new blog posts on the intranet sites * Creating management announcements, newsletters
