






As an HR Intern, you will support the Local HR team in Spain, contributing to day‑to‑day HR operations and recruitment activities during a high‑demand period. Within a global HR environment, you will work closely with the regional HR team based in Madrid, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner in Spain, and supporting a fast‑growing business. This role offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment processes, HR administration, and employee support, providing an excellent opportunity to build practical HR experience in an international context. Your responsibilities include: * Draft job descriptions and publish job postings on external job boards. * Screen CVs received through job postings and the recruitment inbox. * Conduct phone interviews to manage the initial stages of the recruitment process. * Provide support with internal employee platforms and HR tools. * Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, responding to employee inquiries, and tracking and updating HR files.
