Intern - Communication – AH Global Packaging CoE Welcome to our team The Global Packaging CoE is an essential hub in our organization. This department is focused on providing end-to-end packaging expertise – covering packaging standards, launches, materials, testing and site support to enable packaging solutions across the global network. The team consists of 18 employees, all of whom have extensive knowledge and experience in a field of packaging. The team works closely with other departments within the company to achieve the stated goals. Your internship assignment As an intern, you will design a clear and user‑friendly internal packaging brochure that presents global packaging standards at a glance. You will apply company branding and work closely with packaging category leads to ensure the content is accurate and aligned. The final brochure will help colleagues easily understand, adopt, and consistently communicate packaging standards across the organization. Your responsibilities * Deliver a visually appealing, company‑branded internal brochure that clearly presents global packaging standards. * Ensure content accuracy and alignment through collaboration with packaging category leads. * Obtain high‑quality visuals or samples by engaging with packaging suppliers. * Support consistent understanding and use of packaging standards across R&D, Marketing, and the sites. * Create a brochure that is easy to maintain and update. * Providing a fresh perspective to the department by sharing your opinion. The described tasks form the basic package and will often be performed independently after a proper training and learning period. These tasks may be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.
