As part of our experienced and dynamic Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. You will become a part of Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2026 and will work together with the team under supervision of senior colleagues. This role will suit engaged, customer-oriented and eager to learn individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential within Citco. Your Role: * Learn to apply general accounting and bookkeeping principles in day-to-day practice. * Record transactions, perform reconciliations, prepare reporting and support team on other accounting tasks according to local, international and industry specific accounting requirements. * Get to know how world’s biggest real estate and private equity corporations operate. * Be a part of global Citco team and be exposed to global locations and functions. * Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding Service Level Agreements. * Demonstrate professional communication with internal teams. * Demonstrate collaborative, supportive and proactive approach. * Work based on LEAN methodology . About You: * Thirsty to learning new things. * Energetic with a “can do” attitude. * Proactive, team-oriented and results driven. * Studying Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Mathematics or similar subject. * Good English language skills. * Good interpersonal skills.
