You will actively support the CIB CCCO ("Chief Conduct and Control Officer") Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects (risks like operational, regulatory, third party, etc.). Your Main Activities Are * Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at CIB level on all non-financial risks * Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purpose * Alert the management to key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations * Analyze Internal Procedures to support the production of executive summaries for CIB Top Management and CIB community * Act as a representative of CIB CCCO Central towards the CIB first Level Of Defense community, ensure the coordination between teams, data providers and IT and a timely response to their requests * Analyze and reconcile data, perform controls, investigate root causes of issues and escalate inconsistencies * Assist in delivering the projects, in process automation, simplification * Contribute to the preparation of the Steering, Executive and Operational Committees.
