We are looking for a Process Improvement Assistant to join our Finance team in Sofia. This role is ideal for someone excited by operational excellence, automation, and process optimization. As a Process Improvement Assistant, you will: * Support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial processes. * Maintain and enhance automation solutions, including Excel VBA macros, Google Apps Scripts, and internal tools. * Assist with SAP master data administration and other finance tools. * Support month-end closing activities, including data extracts, reconciliations, and reporting. * Collaborate with finance teams and process owners to optimize workflows and ensure scalable operations. * Maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and internal controls.
