We are recruiting an Intern in Business Development & Marketing at Johnson & Johnson Medical SpA, Pratica di Mare, Italy) The Business Development & Marketing Intern will support the Italy Mentor BDM in key operational, analytical, and marketing activities. The role provides exposure to commercial processes, market analysis, promotional assets management, and event coordination within Mentor (Johnson & Johnson MedTech). The internship lasts 6 months (Stage Extracurricolare). Activities * Support commercial readiness by ensuring availability of promotional materials, tools and digital assets, in coordination with EMEA Marketing. * Assist in the execution of the marketing plan and the tracking of KPIs. * Support the monitoring and analysis of market data, competitive insights, and distributor reports. * Provide operational support for the Mentor warranty program and ensure smooth and compliant process execution. * Support logistics and coordination for Mentor and third‑party events. * Support in the upload and data management on to the national registry of implants.
