




We are the Roaming Excellence team at DCS. Our team leads the commercial and technical operations along the full partnership journey with Charge Point Operators (CPOs): from onboarding new networks to keeping them running smoothly at scale. Operating out of Berlin and Munich, we cover 31 markets and work in close sync with commercial, technical, and operational teams across the business. Our work directly shapes the experience of 1.5 million end drivers of premium and volume OEM brands every time they plug in - whether they're on a highway in Norway or a city street in Spain. Make an Impact by: * Configuring charging networks during the CPO onboarding process, ensuring that drivers of premium and volume OEM brands can seamlessly see, find, access, and charge across our partner network * Monitoring data quality to detect issues early and help maintain a reliable, seamless experience for end users across all markets * Resolution of technical support and dispute cases - including investigation, root cause analysis, partner communication, and follow-up on agreed corrective measures * Analysing data and KPI reporting that helps the team identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and shape the right operational and quality strategies * Building tools and supporting automation initiatives across all of the above processes, driving efficiency gains that benefit both our team and our CPO partners
