Requirements

can communicate complex topics in a clear and simple way in English, both spoken and written
are structured, take responsibility, and can manage your own tasks, priorities, and deadlines
are curious about financial markets, risk management, and energy trading, and are eager to learn in a high‑pace environment
have solid IT skills and are comfortable learning new tools; experience with SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, and PowerPoint is an advantage
