Main responsibilities: * Support activities across multicultural project teams and international stakeholders * Participate in the development and monitoring of project plans using tracking tools, contribute to identifying and managing project risks and propose mitigation plans * Collaborate on project communication and prepare reports for management and steering committees * Contribute to the execution of functional plans and strategic milestones in collaboration with planners * Support project documentation by readng integrated plans, budgets, dashboards or monthly reports * Contribute to facilitate team meetings and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions * Assess the impact of ongoing AI initiatives on ways of working and key processes and propose adjustments
