Job Description

Become the engine behind our Digital Trading performance. Step into a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment where your work will directly elevate how consumers shop our brand across eCommerce and Digital Marketplace partners. You will support and coordinate day‑to‑day digital trading activities to maximize visibility, conversion, and revenue across our owned eCommerce platforms and Digital Marketplace partners. Drive actionable insights, ensure flawless execution, and help optimize performance levers to accelerate digital growth. Furthermore, you will: * Monitor and update daily trading performance dashboards, surfacing insights that support decision‑making. * Support building and executing trading calendar and provide weekly/monthly updates to the extended cross-functional team. * Assist in demand & inventory reviews, helping identify risks and opportunities across key accounts and categories. * Conduct competitive benchmarking, identifying trends, best sellers, gaps, and potential growth levers. * Lead or support additional cross‑functional projects within the Digital Trading team to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • graduating after May 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of June 2026
  • EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.
  • Curiosity for digital commerce, performance optimization, and online consumer behavior.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to spotting issues before they become problems.
  • Comfort with fast‑paced environments, managing multiple tasks while keeping quality high.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams such as merchandising, planning, marketing, and digital operations.
  • Problem‑solving attitude, always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
