



In the first half of 2026, we are excited to welcome two new student workers within digital product design . Role 1: We're looking for someone interested in enterprise complexity, work tools, manufacturing, and processes, with a research-first mindset. Flexibility to handle both small visual tasks and deeper domain investigations is essential, as is openness to connect with colleagues outside your familiar circle. Experience with Figma, UI principles, and strong visual communication skills are advantageous . Tasks include note-taking during user interviews, consolidating observations, supporting workshop planning and facilitation, and handling small UI tasks. Role 2: We're seeking candidates with a solid understanding of user-centered design, capable of conducting research, identifying problems, and designing high-fidelity interfaces. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is basic experience with tools like Figma and Miro. A high level of curiosity and eagerness to learn in a complex enterprise environment is crucial. Familiarity with web development concepts or experience in an enterprise team, along with an interest in AI-enabled prototyping, is a plus. Tasks include conducting qualitative research to gather insights, creating solution concepts and high-fidelity UI designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
