As part of the RIMOWA global marketing team, you will report to the Global Media Manager. Together, you will contribute to the planning and launching of global campaigns across a variety of media channels (Paid Social, Video, Digital Display, OOH & Print) and work closely with our local teams in APAC, EMEA, China, Japan and the Americas on setting up and approving regional offline and online activations. Missions: Global and local media planning: * Support with planning and briefing our local teams and agencies on global campaigns with a focus on increasing RIMOWA’s brand awareness. * Support the review and approval of global and local media plans/activations. * Lead exchanges between HQ and local teams throughout the whole media planning process. * Ensure all planning documents and trackers are up to date. * Assist with the preparation of media campaign overviews for RIMOWA's senior leadership team. Campaign set up: * Maintain and update campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of key deadlines and deliverables. * Manage the collection and organization of creative assets needed for campaign localization and adaptation. * Brief creative agencies on the localization of campaign assets, such as digital display, OOH, and print and ensure all campaign materials comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements before distribution. * Support on the creation and management of global campaigns set up guidelines. * Support on the approval and validation of campaign previews and overall campaign set up. Reporting support: * Support with gathering and consolidation of campaign results and preparing global post campaign reports. * Monitor competitors and other brands to share innovative approaches and best practices with the Global Marketing team. * Manage photo reporting from local regions and PAN activations to keep archives of all ad campaigns. Additional responsibilities: * Designing, editing, and contributing to general presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. * Help for Quarterly Business Review organization / daily meeting coordination with partners / agencies / regions.
