As a Rework Intern, you will * Do small repair and updating of PV machines, such as EV chargers, BMSs and inverters, etc. * Collaborate with technicians and provide support in technical rework processes. * Coordinate multi-step tasks and ensure smooth execution of operations. * Communicate effectively with technicians in Chinese while using English or German as the primary working language. * Perform inventory management and assist with warehouse operations if needed. * Maintain a strong team spirit while working hard to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Continuously improve work efficiency and processes by learning and adapting on the job.
