





We continue to expand and we are looking for a trainee to join our team who wants to get to know two of our hotel's departments from a 360º perspective. During your internship with us, you will learn from two different experiences by supporting the Guest Experience and Front Desk teams. Your general tasks will involve the following: - You will participate in guest check in and check out functions, maintaining registration information correctly in Opera. - You will be a useful source of information for guests on various topics such as information on things to do in the city, recommendations of restaurants or transportation. This will require you to be aware of new trends in leisure and culture in Madrid. - You will satisfy the guest's requests, providing anticipated, unique and personal solutions. - You will attend to requests received by phone and/or email, among others about the stay, reservations or from external partners who want to contact any department of the hotel. - Last but not least, you will show empathy and initiative in relation to the needs of the guests. n your part, what do we need from you? - It will be a full-time internship, so it will be essential that we can sign a partnership with your school/study center. Unfortunately we will not be able to consider applications that do not meet this requirement. - The internship schedule will be morning or afternoon, in rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, including two days off. - Our regular guest is an international guest, so an advanced level of English is a must (will be considered in an interview), This is the only way to be the perfect Thompson ambassador.
