As an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be a key member of Arnold Clark’s busy recruitment team, providing daily administrative support. From advertising vacancies to working closely with recruiters, you’ll play an important role in helping the recruitment process run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment while completing an Administration Apprenticeship, developing practical skills and knowledge along the way. We’re looking for someone who is organised, friendly and able to remain calm under pressure. In this role, you’ll become an important part of the recruitment process for a leading automotive company with over 11,500 employees.
