Develop communication strategies, documentation, and training concepts, while collaborating with team members to refine these concepts and implement them independently. Take responsibility for your own documentation project and drive its development forward by working closely with users and stakeholders, researching and verifying information and functions to ensure accuracy and relevance. Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) for reporting, billing, and delivery of educational courses and training programs on web-related topics. Translate technical and conceptual constraints into clear guidelines for stakeholders. Contribute to the design and documentation of learning experiences and training materials. Support internal community management and communication to encourage collaboration and engagement. Apply the skills and knowledge gained during your studies to real-world projects.
