During the internship in our Pastry Department you will gain valuable knowledge about different types of food preparation. As Pastry Intern, you will prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets and fruit compotes according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
