







We are looking for a Commis de Pastry to join our DaV Restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She will reports a Executive Chef. Main Duties & Responsabilities: · Assist the Chef de Pâtisserie and their team in the preparation of a wide range of pastry, dessert, and bakery items, following established recipes and standards. · Prepare necessary ingredients (weighing, cutting, mixing) and equipment for various productions. · Perform basic tasks such as simple decorating, glazing, and assembling desserts. · Actively collaborate with the rest of the pastry and kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow. · Maintain constant attention to detail and quality at every stage of the process.
