About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: * Provide day-to-day support to pupils with Autism and additional learning needs * Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to support individual education plans * Deliver one-to-one and small group support to promote engagement and progress * Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development * Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-structured learning environment * Use a calm, consistent, and understanding approach to meet individual needs
