To make sure we can keep on opening new hotels, as well as delivering refurbishments projects we have an outstanding Construction & Design team. Together with this team you are responsible for the growth of our portfolio. You will work in our Headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam. This is what you're going to do * Assisting project managers with overseeing all stages of hotel construction projects, ensuring timely and qualitative completion. * Support with administrative tasks such as drawings, procurement, and project reporting. * Collaborating with project team members internal and external. * Support in the continuous improvement of our processes and guidelines for future projects. * Assist in budget tracking, helping monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with Internal & External Teams, including contractors, suppliers, and other Sircle team members. * Learn Project Management processes, gaining exposure to planning, scheduling, and project execution. * Understand Construction & Design principles, including technical performance, design, and cost management.
