

As an Intern (M/F) in Front-Office - Reception and Guest-Relations you must assume a professional attitude with a focus on continuous learning. Always demonstrate availability to accompany and help teams in the suggested tasks always complying with the standards and service procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations. During the Internship, you will have the opportunity to integrate our Front-Office - Reception and Guest-Relations team and share experiences with all of our departments, from the kitchen to housekeeping. This will allow you to gain professional experience and continuously improve alongside our most experienced professionals. You will be challenged to apply the knowledge you have acquired and learn the day-to-day service. You will play an important role in ensuring a superior, refined, and luxurious guest experience from the initial contact through their entire stay. This role involves maintaining the highest service standards, managing guest feedback, and fostering seamless coordination across departments in all matters related to quality.
