You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and friendly team that works on all types of transactions: mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, corporate governance, private equity, capital markets and restructuring of companies (distressed or not). You will be fully integrated into the team in the handling of files and will certainly be required to work closely with the other practice groups (in particular Finance, Tax, Social, etc.) as well as with our foreign offices. You will be involved in a wide variety of assignments, as a junior member of the team, in both French and English. You will be responsible for complex legal research, drafting memoranda, drafting corporate and transactional documents, as well as monitoring signing and closing operations. You will of course participate in the training and development courses provided to the team members. In addition to mid-internship and final reviews, you will be supported throughout your internship by a referral lawyer to help make the most of your experience with us.
