This apprenticeship offers a structured introduction to the world of bids and proposals within a high-technology maritime environment. As a Bids & Proposals Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the preparation of competitive, compliant, and compelling tender submissions that help L3Harris secure defence and maritime contracts. You’ll work closely with experienced Bid Managers, functional areas and subject matter experts, gaining hands-on experience across the full bid lifecycle while completing a recognised qualification. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious and motivated to build a career in a fast-paced environment.
