The Men’s Design Assistant is an entry-level, support-focused role within the Tommy Jeans Men’s Design team. The position is designed to reduce the operational and administrative workload of Designers, allowing them to focus on innovation, product development, research, and strategic objectives. The role supports multiple product categories (e.g. Wovens, Knits, Outerwear, Shirts, Non-Denim Bottoms) and does not include ownership of an independent product category or independent design responsibility. The position reports into the Design Director and works closely with Designers across the team, with one assigned Designer acting as day-to-day mentor. The team is committed to training and development and will provide guidance across all responsibilities.
