As a Finance Intern at Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, you're part of a team that delivers truly exceptional guest experiences through meticulous financial oversight and operational support. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, inventory management, and IT support within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment. You will gain invaluable insights into the financial operations of a world-renowned brand. In this role, you will perform detailed analysis of offers and sold items, prepare monthly summary reports including sales commissions, and conduct regular beverage inventory checks using PAR STOCK and Manava POS data. You'll ensure accurate reporting of beverage and retail inventories for Workday entry and meticulously maintain pre- and post-trip documentation. Beyond finance, you'll support onboard teams with IT setup for computers, tablets, and Wi-Fi, and oversee mail order processes for online purchases, coordinating with the warehouse and resolving delivery issues. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial reporting tools and processes.
