



Your mission, should you choose to accept it As the Project Manager - Stay Operations Intern, you will support with managing and optimizing room operations reporting to the Stay Operations Manager. Together you work on a wide variety of projects, which support the local Operational Rooms Division team across 21 Hubs. As being part of the Stay team, we are here to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in our rooms while driving operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You support in maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a positive and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy their stay. You are a self-motivated individual who has a positive influence on local teams, driving improvements forward. We are looking for to interns to join our team; one starting in May and one starting in September, each for a period of approximately six months. What You’ll Do * You’ll support the Stay Operations Manager and Hospitality Manager Stay with overseeing day-to-day room operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. * You’ll do regular auditing of compliancy to TSH standard across all Stay products * You’ll monitor guest feedback, reviews, and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement, new offerings, and revenue growth in room operations. * You’ll support with the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
