As part of our comprehensive junior program, we will support and accompany you as a graduate through to your first management position. You will go through various stages and take responsibility for your own topics from day 1. Our Graduate Trainee Program We support you in the start of your career. We offer you our unique junior program so that you are not thrown into the deep end of the working world as soon as you graduate. Here, you will take responsibility for your topics right from the start. Would you like to work on exciting tasks in our international teams and celebrate joint successes? Challenge accepted! At Villeroy & Boch, you are a fully-fledged colleague from day 1 and can actively contribute your innovative ideas. What you can look forward to: •Join one of nine specialist areas: Marketing, Online Marketing, Digital Unit, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Purchasing, Controlling/Finance, Human Resources or IT •Different operational and strategic practical assignments in the respective specialist areas so that you get to know all topics and gain an overview of the big picture, •Your individual development plan through various training courses and mentoring, •specialist seminars and networking events so that you can connect with stakeholders in the V&B world. What you bring along: To ensure that you can make the best possible contribution to our team right from the start, you should bring the following with you: •You have successfully completed your degree, •Initial practical experience in the chosen specialization through internships, working student activities or similar, •Experience abroad through studies or internships as a plus, •Very good knowledge of English, further language skills are an advantage in the V&B world with regard to the various locations and sales countries, •the willingness and desire to take on responsibility quickly, •a doer mentality, •you can deliver top results both independently and as part of a team.
