In your new job as a trainee, you will support the Digital Tools and Processes Product team. You will mostly act as a queue management specialist providing 1st-level support to our internal Digital and Business customers: * Handling and resolving low‑complexity incidents and service requests assigned to our queue * Delegating medium‑ and high‑complexity requests to our managing partner * Building and delegating requests for new templates, including various workflow configurations * Performing integrity checks and conducting quality assessments Among other things, from time to time you will assist our product with miscellaneous tasks such as: * Preparing internal broadcasts * Maintaining and organizing internal documentation * Assisting the team with ongoing tasks * Providing support for our Power BI–based solutions and dataflows in the emergency situations
