Your Main Responsibilities 🎯 Business Development & Prospecting * Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities. * Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy). * Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria. 📞 Client Engagement & Follow-Up * Schedule and lead discovery meetings. * Understand prospects' needs and challenges. * Demonstrate the added value of our services. 🤝 Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff * Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch. * Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs. Hiring Process 1. Phone call with Jérémy, Head Of BDR, to get to know you ! 2. Business case with Jérémy and a member of the team, to evaluate your skills ! 3. Internship offer

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Active listening and proactive mindset.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships.
